Width 1.125in (28.6mm) x Height 1.125in (28.6mm) x Thickness 0.04in (1.016mm) Dye sublimation tags are made out of aluminum with a white sublimatable coating on both sides. Your optimal dye sublimation settings may vary based on heat press, sublimation paper, and choice of blowout paper, but we recommend pressing for 60 seconds with medium pressure at 400°F.
